If your kids are like mine, they love the hot summer months, but there are a few things we parents need to watch to help our kids navigate summer safety.
Thank you to Al’s Formal Wear for partnering with me to bring you this post. When my daughter was around 3 or 4, our city held a Father Daughter Dance. I brought my daughter on a whim. And it changed both our lives. Every year since then, my daughter has asked throughout the year “when …
You girls know the things we guys should never wear, but some of you are too nice to tell us. You’re not doing yourself or us a favor by keeping it secret.
I don’t think I’m the only guy in the world who has trouble with gift giving. I want to find the perfect gift, and I’m willing to put in the work! But I always end up second guessing my choices – and worrying that I haven’t gone in the right direction! Something practical? Something that’s all luxury? It’s hard to know which stores or restaurants a loved one might prefer a gift from! And that is why I am absolutely in love with Happy Cards – the perfect solution for gift giving because they are all about options!

Stop and smell the diapers. Just a few suggestions from one dad to another on making the most of the most important years of our lives and those of our kids. And just to be clear, I’m writing this not because I think I’m such a great dad or because I know or do it all right. Our children are precious to us. We talk to them about stranger danger, and we baby proof the house! We do whatever we think we need to, to keep them safe! But there are 5 …
In Disney’s Oscar nominated animated film Frozen, I was pleased to see they intentionally skewer their own fairy tale meme about “true love”. Did you see it?
My wife and I are in the middle of decluttering our home in preparation for downsizing to a much smaller new family home. Sounds easy enough, right?
I hope you can help? As a guy, I’m not always sure what books a little girl will like. What is a great book to read to a 5-year-old girl?
