Is Your Blog Getting the Attention it Deserves?

With the help of TheBlogFrog, we have created a forum on this site. Really it’s a community of bloggers, and is a great place to FIND and BE FOUND. That is to say, you can find hundreds of other excellent blogs with their most recent posts highlighted for you to follow. Plus its a great way for this growing community of bloggers to discover your blog or website!

Help People Find Your Blog

All you need to do is click on the community tab and sign up if you’re not already a member of TheBlogFrog, or if you are a member simply click Join this Community. List your blog in your profile and your latest posts will automatically be promoted to our community. But there’s more! Go to the forum and introduce yourself via the highlighted post to help people get to know you and your site.

  1. I look forward to reading what is running through daddy’s heads.

    1. Thanks, D! I must suggest you lower your expectations on that, though. 😉

  2. Well you know I’m a fan! Sorry, it’s taken me a while to get to you, been fumbling around with all the craziness that is Blogger today. Anyway, I always look forward to reading your new thoughts, whatever they might be or whatever direction they may take us on; be it fantasy or reality… Have a great weekend!

    1. You’re a great friend and supporter, Mitzi. Thank you, that means a lot. Glad blogger seems to have stabilized. Have the lost posts been recovered? Reminds me, I best back up my site. I’m starving, so will wait to read your latest post until I’ve eaten. 😉

      1. Hello, been a bit busy here lately. Yes, the posts and comments finally did magically re-appear. However, since I want to eventually self host, I purchased my own domain last night. You can read all about it on my latest post.

  3. I have been going back and forth about whether to embed my Blog Frog Community on my blog. What made you take the leap? I would love to know if it makes it easier for your readers to interact on your community forum… Do tell!

    1. That was the point… I love interacting with my friends, as you know, whether its in my blog comments, on Twitter or via my new community forum. By putting it here it’s easier for my friends to interact with EACH OTHER, which is the cool thing… versus in my comments which tends to be one-to-one… and it makes it super easy for me to view the latest blogs they’ve posted. And for them, joining my forum gets them exposure not just here, but on ALL of TheBlogFrog. All comments left here in my forum are automatically included on blog frogs main page int he most recent. And hot topics from all of their forums including mine are listed there as well. It’s really genius! A win win for everyone.

  4. I joined TheBlogFrog community last year. I was having some trouble connecting it to my old blog. Snce moving to my own server, I haven’t returned. You’ve inspired me to do just that my friend! Thank you!

    1. Thanks, Ivy! You should definitely go back and try it again. It worked great on my WP self hosted blog. So easy even I could do it!

  5. Found you through Blog Frog! Ironic huh? 🙂

I love Blog Frog. It’s one of my favorite places to meet other bloggers and to network. The forums and discussions help personalize it so you feel like you are actually getting to know the new people you are following instead of just the random, “I followed you now follow me back” type comments so often seen in the blogosphere.

Also pumped to read a mans’ perspective. Men are so few and far between in the blogging world. Well, at least they are hidden. I know there are a ton out there, but too many networks and forums are soley for “mommys” and such it’s tough to find them!

    1. Hello, K.T. Thank you so much! I can point you at a few great dads. In fact I sent out some FollowFridays on Twitter to both some great dad and mom bloggers I love. I’m so happy to meet you, and look forward to interacting with you again soon. It is one of the great things about online community forums.

Just headed over to your community! Your site looks fantastic! I see that you’ve revamped it. Always looking forward to your insightful posts!

    1. Hi! Yes, I’ve been working on it recently and it does have a totally new look. It means a lot to get a complement from you on that. Thank you!!! As for my insightful posts… lol… some have been a little silly like the pirate one I just posted, but I have a very serious one in mind that I’ll be posting soon.

  6. Great community! I finally got around to introducing myself there! I think the embedded communities are an awesome new feature at Blog Frog! Visiting from Mom Loop.

    1. Thanks, Deb. I visited all three of your sites yesterday and am following you on them, twitter & FB. You are one busy woman!

  7. Thanks for this! As a newbie to blogging, I didn’t know about it so I will have to check it out!

    1. Happy to help. I just tweeted your blog (to about 6,700 followers) and hopefully a few will discover your new blog. It made me hungry just looking at the photos. Have a great weekend!

  8. Ah, that’s where I found you…

    1. I’m pleased you did. I hope people click over to your blog as I’m about to do. I also hope they read your comment on the “My Name is Daddy” post, as it was lovely.
