How My iPhone Made Me a Better Dad!

Nearly Wordless Wednesday:

I’ve never been that good about keeping my occasional Wordless Wednesday posts… well, wordless. It’s not that I don’t get the point of the meme; it’s just that I’m naturally very verbal. So why do I say that Instagram and my iPhone 4S has made me a better dad?

Since our baby was born my wife became the photographic chronicler of our baby girl’s growth. Now that I have a high resolution camera (the one in my iPhone 4S) on my person at all times, the number of pictures I take has increased astronomically.

The camera you use is the one you have with you. But it’s not just the iPhone. It’s the free apps, like Instagram, that encourages and makes it easy for you to take and share photos with your family and friends. All of the photos above where shared via Instagram.

I would have been so sad in the future after my little girl grows up if I didn’t have this daily chronicle of our time together. And I’d not have it if it weren’t for my iPhone 4S and free apps like Instagram. Who’s the photographer in your house?

Leave a comment & tell us how cute she is! 🙂
